Every endorsement on this site is summarized from a real, signed document. The Evidence Room holds those originals, and access exists for verification purposes only — for parties with a legitimate need to check the record: legal and compliance reviewers, clubs and academies, match officials and tournament organizers, and national or world governing bodies (state associations, country federations, BWF).

How access works

  1. Request. Tell us who you are and why you want to see the originals.
  2. Approval. Hari reviews personally. Approvals are granted for verification purposes only, to eligible parties — legal reviewers, clubs, officials and organizers, federations, world governing bodies. Approved requestors get an email with a time-limited access window (typically 14 days) and sign in with a one-time magic link — no password.
  3. Sign & view — once. On entry you e-sign an access agreement — view-only, no printing, photographing, or sharing, with personal liability for any breach; your consent is stored. Access is a single browsing session: documents render watermarked with your identity, and when you close your browser (or your window lapses) access ends for good — for another look, you request again.

Summaries of every document are public in Voices & Endorsements. The room exists so the record can be verified, not marketed — signatures, letterheads, dates, and all.
