Terms of Use
These terms cover hmbrimpact.org — the mission site and its Evidence Room. Nothing is sold here; purchases happen on store.hmbrsports.com under that site's own terms.

Scope
By using hmbrimpact.org you agree to these terms. They apply to this site only. Buying anything happens on store.hmbrsports.com, which has its own terms, and the wider platform is governed by the terms at hmbrsports.com/terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created by magic link — there is no password. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you, so keep that inbox secure and tell us at contact@hmbrsports.com if you believe someone else has used your account.
We may suspend an account that is used to breach these terms, particularly the Evidence Room rules below.
The Evidence Room
The Evidence Room contains signed originals written by third parties — coaches, clubs, federations, and independent testers. Those documents carry their authors' names, signatures and contact details. They are shown to verified requestors so our public claims can be checked; they are not published.
Access
- Access is requested individually and granted at our discretion.
- A grant is tied to the email address on the request. It is personal to you and must not be shared or transferred.
- Access is time-limited — 14 days by default — and expires automatically.
- Before entering, you are shown an access agreement and type your name as an electronic signature. That signature is recorded (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored).
What you agree not to do
- Do not download, screenshot, photograph, copy, or otherwise reproduce the documents. Access is view-only and the pages are watermarked.
- Do not republish, forward, or quote the documents publicly without our written permission and, where the author's identity is involved, theirs.
- Do not contact the authors using details found in the documents, except for the purpose you stated in your request and with our agreement.
- Do not attempt to bypass the expiry, the watermarking, or the access checks.
These are not formalities. The people who signed those letters did so on the understanding that their evaluations would be verifiable, not circulated.
Accuracy of what we publish
The figures and claims on this site are drawn from field tests, independent evaluations, and our own records. We aim to keep them current and to describe them honestly, including their limits. They are provided for information and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
Where a statement is summarised from a signed document, the original is in the Evidence Room and can be checked.
Scholarship fund
This site links to the HmBr badminton scholarship fund hosted on bold.org. Contributions, eligibility and awards are handled by bold.org under its own terms; we do not process those funds here.
Intellectual property
The text, design, photography and video on this site belong to HmBr Sports or to the people who created them. Documents in the Evidence Room belong to their authors. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, HmBr Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States.
